The Brunch Session will comprise communal starters, a choice of two main courses, a choice of two desserts and specialty coffee to complement.
Purchase your tickets based on the available sessions below and do indicate which main course and dessert you prefer.
Root Cellar KL will produce the Communal Starters, consisting of an array of cheese, house made baked goods, breakfast pudding and its accoutrements.
Options for Main Course:
A. Roasted Lamb Shoulder served on a bed of buttery rice pilaf, pickled cauliflower, yogurt and a bunch of tasty things.
B. Crab and Chevre Omelet with flesh of Australian Blue Swimmer and mild goats cheese, topped with a thick slightly spiced sauce and ulam leaves.
A. Pulut Tai Tai comprising of salted bunga telang and lavender ice cream served with white glutinous rice and kaya.

Brunch Bandits will be cooking up an East African menu inspired by the Ethiopian origins of Pulp's Suke Quto coffee bean pairing. We will start off with some Stovetop Niter Kibbeh Popcorn and Dabo, a honey bread. Main course will be an Injera platter (a sourdough style flatbread) with Doro Wat (the national dish of Ethiopia) and Beyaynetu (assortment of vegetables and fresh cheese), which will be served communal style. Dessert will be a layered coffee chocolate avocado cake using Pulp's coffee.
